Since reading this book I have become emotionally aware which in turn has allowed me to feel completely at one with myself – this is all thanks to your extremely well written book. As a sufferer I found myself alone, and was unable to discuss my dilemma with family and friends which led to sleepless nights where I would lie in bed and remonstrate with myself. After a particularly long and dark period had passed I stumbled across this book and my concerns and worries were alleviated. I feel full of wellbeing and now look forward to the future – it made me realize that I am not the only person in the world to suffer from Bulimia – thank you – you have changed my life!

After reading your ebook I was uplifted and hopeful – for the first time in a long time! I work with young women at a local drug rehabilitation center, and have found that they suffer not only from substance abuse issues, but often from eating disorders as well.

We now use your self-assessment questionnaire early in the program, and we have discovered (not surprisingly) that their negative body image and poor self-esteem are two factors in their chemical dependency. Often, underlying this dependency is a binge/purge pattern of eating.

You have set out a course of action that we can use to reshape the lives of these girls, and enjoyably work toward liberating them from the burdens they carry.

With your insights and help, these young women can learn more about who they are – and more importantly, why they are behaving in these self-destructive patterns.

Thank you!

Warmly,

“I have read and thoroughly enjoyed your book about this self-destructive eating disorder. Having lost a dear friend of mine many years ago, when we were both teens – and long before the condition was recognized for what it really is – I have long remained interested in helping young women recover from Bulimia nervosa.

I firmly believe that with your help, many women can find their way to good health, happiness and well-being!”

Best Wishes,

Your book is written in a down-to-earth style, and your self-assessment questionnaire will set readers on the path to self-awareness and recovery.

It was a relief to find a book which contains causes and symptoms of this illness which is often misdiagnosed and therefore wrongly treated.

We now feel a positive hope in helping a member of our family who we have suspected of having this problem for many years.

Many Thanks,
Anna-Marie Goode
